Sounds delicious! I'm trying to find a bunch of healthy 'sweet' snacks that I can make and freeze so I can just grab one when my sweet tooth kicks in!

works for me! So you want our weight by which day? Sunday? We should all have a starting weight shouldn't we? That way we can compare our weight loss right from the beginning of the C25K. But it's just a suggestion! I finished my week 1 day 1 tonight and feel great! Even after the crappy eating day. Now I'm back on track!

Good luck to you! I'm also in Canada (AB) and have been on MFP since January but have only been REALLY on it for about 2 weeks. You can friend me if you'd like. It's always nice to have the support along the way, which I'm looking for as well. :)

They do have a free app for the blackberry, i downloaded it a few weeks back. It's just not the exact same as the one that was mentioned but it has the running program and a voice telling you when to switch from walking to jogging. Just search running in Blackberry apps and you should find it!

The books were fantastic!!! I've read them all and can't wait to read the new one that just came out in May! :happy: I do like that the show isn't exactly like the books and that they twist up a bit and I don't know what to expect. The only problem I have with eating back my exercise calories is that I workout 99% of the time in the evenings. So when I'm done a workout sometimes it can be around 9pm. As a rule I don't allow myself to eat after 8pm so even if I wanted to eat my exercise calories I couldn't because it usually always ends up being later…

Ok I've made it back and here is my scale picture from yesterday...sadly I gained over 5 pounds since I last weighed 2 weeks ago. Time to get it back off!!! . I hope this works cause it's my first time trying to upload a pic. Yikes and don't select default cause the pic is enormous!! :)

Thanks for the tips guys! I'll have to check out run keeper. My treadmill does count the calories but since i'm just starting the C25K I don't increase the speed for jogging I keep it the same, so I would have to think for those minutes that I'm jogging my heart rate would be up so I would be burning more calories then if…

I like to BBQ tilapia with onions or garlic, dill and lemon. Wrap it all up in foil and it's good to go and so yummy! :)
