I'm starting W1D1 today (after quitting in week 5 a few months ago and feeling horrible about it) is there anybody that is a "newbie" and ready to do this together? Any motivation that we can give each other will just be that extra boost that we all need to complete the prgram :)

Transitioning from the treadmill to outside?

Macro settings for low carb?
I currently have my macros set at 5% carb, 45% protein & 50% fat. The carbs are only showing 17g but if I keep track of my net carbs with my fiber intake and just use my diary settings a guide. Should I be ok with keeping my macros at these settings or should I be changing them?

Exercise calories...to eat? or not eat? That is the question
My daily calorie intake is 1200. I aways come close to eating that within the day. However I do my workouts in the evening after my son has to gone to bed.
