MEAL PLAN IDEAS

I've been low carbing off and on for most of the year and being that I'm "off" I decided it's time to get back on. I have a meal plan ready to go on excel so i can print it off each week and put it on my fridge. Meal plan means more organized and less thinking when it comes to meals because it's right there in front of me.

Does anybody have any good suggestions for a weekly meal plan?

-Breakfast
-Lunch
-Dinner
-Snacks

If I can get some other suggestions and incorporate it into my own personal meal plan I won't get board and should be able to stay on track.

    I really enjoy eating a spinach salad with chicken in it every night (almost) - I put in bleu cheese and full fat ranch dressing and even avocado. I put a bit of jicama in there, too, and cucumbers. It's so fulling and tasty! At least to me.

    Everything else I wing. I had two pieces of cheese and an egg for lunch. Not enough. So hungry. :/

    Oh yeah!! My picture! 1 can of sardines, drain a bit, mix with 2 T mayo and a T of mustard, salt and pep - and mix and put on romaine lettuce leaves. Top with avocado! Mmmm! Sounds gross but I loved it. Eating it when I get home today, too!

    Any chance you could share with us your ***dislikes***...

    I know many of us could spam you with ideas but, not really sure if you know what I mean!

    Honestly speaking though, Im a big-fan of other culture's dishes... I had myself a mean Tikka for lunch with Raita, hot pickled onion as a side garnish and holy hell, it was delish!!!!!!!!!!! Chicken, Lamb, Shrimp, Lobster, Salmon, fresh roasted vegetables and whole cloves of gahhhhlic that were roasted as well... I needed a cold shower, I was so full up with food porn! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Check out www.recipesource.com and it has TONS of recipes from around the world. Just omit the items that are not traditionally found within a Low-Carb intake.

    If you need suggestions for substitutions, let me know... Ill share my culinary background with you or anyone of us!
