I broke my leg severely 2 years ago, Last year I had the plate and pins removed. I really REALLY want to start the C25K but my leg seems to be too weak and lack in muscle for me to run for any length of time. So at this point I'm briskly walking. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can quickly build up the muscle in my leg so I can start running?? Thanks! :happy:
