Yoga and meditation has helped me tremendously with my anxiety. Start with a "gentle" or hatha style of yoga. I go to a yoga studio, but if you can't, you can find free yoga and mediations online. A good one is: http://www.doyogawithme.com Namaste

This is pretty much my position too. I logged everything while losing, but now I don't log at least one of the weekend days and never on a holiday/special occasion. I do continue to exercise and go back to logging the next day. And I learned to stay away from the scale for at least 4-5 days after a holiday....…

I have the FitBit Zip and I love it. It's affordable and I like that it's hidden on my waistband or bra strap. It's a great tool that motivates me to stay active.

Working out always felt like a chore until I found something that I love. I really like group fitness classes and love Zumba! It's so much fun and doesn't feel like a workout to me.

I think she looks very fit. IMO, skinny means skin and bones w/o the good muscle definition that she has.

I love nuts, especially almonds. They are healthy and calorie dense.

I completely agree with this. I am at my goal weight and I've never felt so healthy, strong, and fit both physically and mentally. I do still log my food and exercise to avoid the yo-yo dieting that plagued me in the past.

I love my FitBit Zip! I've been wearing it daily since I got it last Christmas. It's small, easy to wear hidden all the time. It really keeps me on track and motivated to meet my step goals. The price was right and I linked it to MFP and my iPhone. I really am addicted to it! You'll love the Fitbit!
