i had wls also lapband i am 7 weeks post op add me

I'm not a cook I have a 4 year old daughter who is a little chunky that i am also trying to eat healthier, I need friends on my fitness pal so add ,me. I would like healthy recipes I have a slow cooker I would love to use. But I don't have alot of money also ;/

I did insanity for 4 weeks and I only saw inches shed I only lost 3 pounds but lost 2 inches around my waist!! should try T25 i like that one alot better
