I'm thinking getting the apple watch too seems a better option , currently i use garmin vivofit, it's good but having had a trial of the apple watch, I think that would be better :) It has to be pre-ordered too and isn't going to be available in apple shop so they told me, so waiting till june to order for july

Mine were always hidden under layers of fat , since wearing proper bras and working out n loosing weight mine are more pert and bigger lol

I do a lot of dog walks i try get in 2 a day ( 5 days a week 1 on sat n sun) as i cant manage my 3 staffs together so do 2 then 1 and sometimes do 3 if i go with daughter to take the huskys, i have found over the last 12 months my breathing is a lot better and the walks don't touch me now, i need to up my pace. I love weight watchers roast chicken crisps, shapers ( boots) spirals, chip sticks and i found vanilla and coconut popcorn! the only issue i have with weight watchers is the amount of sugar they contain.

Use little gem or chinese lettuce leaves to wrap chicken , ham etc with some humous delicious.

I love frosted shreddies with alpro coconut milk helps with increasing my iron intake.

nuts are a great snack but expensive for the little they provide iyswim

It seems my body craves the carbs and fat ( or my taste buds) but i do like the protein shakes, hate the bars. I think i'll have to take them more regular

I try use my heart rate monitor for everything , even dog walking as your heart rate is up n down and the harder you work the more calories burned.

I altered my calorie amount last week ( 3rd sept) and it seems to have altered it for the whole period. Before the 3rd sept i was logging at 1200 and eating back most or all calories burnt.

Hi yes the protein is one i asked my Dr about as i noticed it was always under and he said it doesn't make a difference 1g of protein is the same as a 1g carbs! I was a bit shocked at that from a Dr tbh.

I do try use food scales as much as possible but if i'm out its obviously harder to do that. I do a lot of steps most days For a while back at the beginning of the year i was eating clean, no processed , dairy , wheat , gluten etc which although i have slightly gone off course i do still try corporate more clean eating…

I do walking between 5kmph -6kmph ( can't run, hurts my knees) plus weights,( shoulder press , chest press, hip abduction , torso rotation, and leg curl plus free weights. From reading posts on here i have tried to do heavier weights with less reps , But i don't get a burning aching feeling. Then i do general dog walking…
