https://www.verywellfit.com/walking-calories-burned-by-miles-3887154 This is consistent with my Apple watch. 5ft 1 and 140lbs

All the Apple watch move calories count!. If you have neg calories adjusted MFP will work out the difference. But don't add any other exercise manually.
-
You can add me if you like.

Kefir milk every day is fab for GERD!
-
Are you getting TDEE mixed up as your BMR? TDEE is with all exercise included, BMR you need to add exercise.
-
Do you eat your exercise calories back? is 1290 right for your activity level if you aren't?.

I burn 62 NET calories a mile, i've had Apple watch 2 years & know my data. Yes there would be a workout showing in Exercise diary Yes step count calorie adjustment disapears. Personally i know longer sync Apple watch to MFP, I have Health synched to Pacer so transfers all data( from watch), then Pacer syncs all to MFP.…

Workouts are started on the Apple watch, non are entered on MFP. When Synched to MFP you get the calories for that workout, but wipes out any already earned from steps outside of the workout. So basically as an example:- I do 10k steps with a calorie burn of 300, 1200+300=1500. I then do a walking workout 2 Miles earn 124…

The count does sound quite high. I would eat back at least 500-600 of those, for a few weeks and then evaluate. I'm 51, 5ft 1 and 143lbs for 18k steps i get a little over 600 added from my Apple watch. You are younger & heavier so would burn more than i do.

Yes! You have to set Pacer to sync with Apple health. All the data is the same as whats on my Apple watch. i don't use pacer's activity settings at all, just my Apple watch. You will get added exercise calories on MFP, but they won't show up as exercise, all you see is Pacer adjustment and how many steps you have done and…

I Sync my Health app to Pacer & Pacer to Mfp works great for me.

Hi all i'm Donna from Leicestershire Been on my life style change for 9 years and its worked very well. Lost 4 stone in that time( on MFP a couple years) but been around the same weight now for 12 months(bar a few lbs) not really trying so going to push for the last 21lbs.

I've had Fibro for almost 18 years. At the beginning i just wanted to not do anything because of the pain.I also suffered depression. The turning point for me was after about 8 years i wanted to start walking, but the back of my calves hurt like hell! So i went Dr's and talked to her and she sent me to a gym that had…

Found this link , Mars , Snickers & a Bounty too :) https://www.evanscycles.com/training-energy/food-drink_c/protein_bars-nutrition_type

All my nutrition info from MFP is in the Health app under nutrition? I guess to have Garmin read it from health you would need to allow Garmin to read it from there, Is that an option?
-
MFP only syncs the resting calories(BMR) from the IPhone & ignores active calories. It will add your exercise if you use the workout app, but you will mostly get a negative adjustment. Go by the watch and just use MFP for logging food.
-
My BMR on Apple watch is higher than MFP'S NEAT! I burn between 500 and 800 active cals every day depending whether its a work day. Besides work i do 2-3 dog walks totalling 5-6 miles, i log the Dog walks as exercise and have started logging some of my work as exercise but never get the calories added that i should. I work…
-
i'm on Apple watch feel free to add.
-
MFP uses your NEAT not TDEE to calculate calories. If you use TDEE method you shouldn't be eating any calories back or adding exercise. NEAT is for your general daily activities set for your level IE: sedentary, lightly active etc then you add any extra calories burned from exercise. Apple watch and MFP are not synching…

Maybe you could start by dancing in home? I do that sometimes, stick my headphones on and just dance around my kitchen. Makes you feel good too :)

Coconut milk is delicious on cereals more creamy than skimmed or semi, i switched mainly because dairy is not good for your sinuses which i suffer with, but it doesn't give much protein which is essential i feel in the mornings so i have switched to back to semi and have unsweetened almond in teas and coffee.

Raspberry Ketones are not good on your tummy if you have acid problems.
