The Gobi may be lighter than the Sahara. :)

I'm going to by myself a beautiful ring from Tiffany's so that I can wear it and smile every time I look at it. :)

I remember this being touted 25 years ago. It's one of those ideas that resurfaces, well, about every 25 years or so. I don't know anyone who has successfully lost weight because of using it, unless they also limited their calories and increased their exercise.

Knitting a scarf for myself with quivot (sp.) which is incredibly soft. It's a lace pattern and takes all my concentration in the 24 row repeat. It keeps my mind off of what snack is waiting in the kitchen. :)

I swapped the sugar tracker out for the potassium, as it is something I need for a medical condition. The sugar tracker bothered me, too, since it seems it takes so little to go over.

I really like the Chobani with pineapple, but the calories are kinda of high. Now I only eat it once or twice a week. The Yoplait 100 calorie Greek is okay, but the Greek yogurts really need the fruit in them to make them palatable.

Good luck, to you. I need to lose 100 but it feels like a 1000. I'm doing the 'one day at-at-time' method, as I still think about food constantly, especially now that I am tracking it, so thinking in terms of weeks or months is just too overwhelming. Also, focusing on the health benefits, rather than what I will look like…

Wow! I could be your twin sister. I have chronic problems that have limited my mobility and activity as well. My weight has skyrocketed in the last five years when all of these conditions started. For now I'm focusing on reducing my weight by limiting calories, with exercise added as I'm able. Some days I can barely get…
