Is anyone going to the Fiber Fest in October in Corydon, Indiana? I went to the one in Rhinebeck, NY last October and it was so much fun. I hope to make a trip to a fiber fest in October an annual event. :)
Does anyone know how many calories are in the 'heaping tablespoon' of Citrucel? I've looked on the label and on their website, but cannot find the answer. I have IBS and need to take this sometimes to aid in the healing process. Thanks
