official weigh in day. wtg everyone whos already weighed in your doing great. start weight 188 goal weight for may 27th 184.2 actual weight 183.6 :D total loss so far 4.4 lbs keel up the good work next weigh in day is June 3rd my new weigh in goal is 180.6

so i was hoping that on the 27th everyone would do their first weigh ins :D i started on the 20th and so it would be a week for me. so if everyone would weigh in on the 27th n they can add weight loss for the week if they are not comfortable with showing their weight it be great. lets try our best to hit that 20 lbs goal

I had a very minor hiccup of gaining 0.2 of a pound with my lack of sleep and zero motivation right now it don't surprise me and its probably just regular body flux. yes 1200 is enough for me i am short and a female ive done this before and lost the weight then when i got to the weight i wanted i just didnt maintain. i loose roughly about 2 lbs a week same as everyone else. and mfp gave me the 1200 calorie diet

so weighed in for MAY 20th start weight: 188May 15th current weight 185.4May 20th i did tae bo today and sticking with my diet hows everyone doing? goal weight for mini goal is 184.2 for may 27th. I don't think i lost so much weight over night so i expect tomorrows weigh in to be a little higher maybe i was dehydrated.

yes do what fits for you if it is 20 or a little less. I know 20 lbs in two months for a woman is a large goal but even if I lost half I'd still be proud if me because I'm doing it.
