Starting may 19th I am going to try to loose 20 lbs for july 29th. I am looking for people who want to work hard n try this with me. Late comers are welcome too. Ill be tracking my food n exercise n posting daily. Add me as a friend n post along ur success.

yes do what fits for you if it is 20 or a little less. I know 20 lbs in two months for a woman is a large goal but even if I lost half I'd still be proud if me because I'm doing it.0

to me this is the support thread. what did you do for exercises this week? ? tom is day one of tae bo. I'm in sn eight week program going to eat right and track my progress here. today I ate 1200 cals my food journal is open. I work all sorts of hours but plan on reading every post n touching base with you we can do it everyone. my 20 lb challenge start date is may 20TH. my mini gosl is 3 lbs by may 27th. best of luck to everyone. let me here your start date n your wrekly mini goals.0

Count me in. My 'goal' day is July 24th, when my husband gets back from those pesky military duties. I want him to step through the door and have his jaw dislocate itself. :laugh: I' not sure 20 pounds is totally doable for me, but I know I'm gonna be leaner and more toned than ever.

goal weight for mini goal is 184.2 for may 27th.
I don't think i lost so much weight over night so i expect tomorrows weigh in to be a little higher maybe i was dehydrated.0 -

Day One. Ok, under goal but let myself down with toast for supper - old habits die hard.
Lietee31 - are you sure that 1200 is enough? There are a lot of post from people who haven't seen the results they were looking for on that low an intake. Don't want to rain on your parade, but at the same time don't want you putting in lots of work and not seeing the results you deserve from it.0 -
I would love to do this too. I am meeting gene Simmons on July 23rd, which means a lot of pictures and I hate pictures. I need competition for me to stick to something (i dont know why) I hope you dont mine me looking at this as a competition.0

yes 1200 is enough for me i am short and a female ive done this before and lost the weight then when i got to the weight i wanted i just didnt maintain. i loose roughly about 2 lbs a week same as everyone else. and mfp gave me the 1200 calorie diet0

yes everyone is welcome to join. I'm at 61 days and counting left. I had a very minor hiccup of gaining 0.2 of a pound with my lack of sleep and zero motivation right now it don't surprise me and its probably just regular body flux. I'm still at a loss of 2.4 lbs since i started and got 17.6 to go. im still eating my 1200 cals a day n sticking to it. GL everyone and hope to hear some news about weight coming off0

so i was hoping that on the 27th everyone would do their first weigh ins i started on the 20th and so it would be a week for me. so if everyone would weigh in on the 27th n they can add weight loss for the week if they are not comfortable with showing their weight it be great. lets try our best to hit that 20 lbs goal0
