I'm doing one more week of alpha only because I missed a few workouts when I was sick. I feel like I'm ready for beta, but I want every workout checked off in alpha first :)

Yeah, I don't track it either, I just notice it when checking my protein, carbs, and other good stuffs. They just leave such a nasty aftertaste..like for example at Starbucks. The "skinny" drinks with the sugar-free syrups taste like crap because they have splenda or whatever in them. I just prefer to get a 2 pump nonfat…

The only exercise calories I log are my intentional exercises. I.E. my T25 workouts, or a run that I go on. It's accounted for in your MFP profile that you burn calories while living.

I'm not a harsh restricter though, which is weird. I eat 1900 (TDEE is about 2300), and eat within my macros. So emotional eating really is strange for me, because I pretty much eat whatever I want anyway :/ ...edit for typos

I would just try and squeeze in the 25 minutes whenever you can. It's not that complicated to do. I work 60 hour weeks usually and can jam in 25 minutes.

I've used the Asics for years. Very durable and very comfortable.

i don't have arch issues, but I do have one bad knee. I wear Asics Gel something or other (there's a lot of different names, I'll have to look at mine to get the exact name), but they have a great amount of cushioning and they feel great.

I honestly never drank tea until I cut out soda at the New Year this year. Now, I brew my own iced green tea with a little bit of honey.
