Ok. She's an idol to everyone, and we should all just shoot for mediocrity. Got ya.
-
Lots of people have been running for years. And, they are better than she is. In fact, you'd be hard pressed to see anyone who has been running for years perform as poorly as she does.
-
Why would you use a person as an example to look up to who is mediocre, at best, and subpar at worst?
-
No, not many 50 or 80 year olds are faster than me... Let's put this in perspective: * She's been "running" for years, and routinely places dead last in any race she enters. I've been running for just over a year, and place just under regional grading. * She's been running for years, and is in the bottom of her age grade.…

Apparently, a 50 or 80 year old can... If an 80 year old is faster than you, and you're 40, I do not think you can claim the mantle of "Example of Health".
-
Deadlifts and squats are the basics.
-
Probably, because with compounds, you're less likely to develop unbalanced groups. This is why bodyweight fitness routines tend to be pretty safe, they almost have the protections against unbalances built in, as they are compound movements.
-
You should speak to your doctor about this, if you've been diagnosed with bulimia.
-
She's not a particularly good example. She's 40 years old, and slower on her ultras than 50 and 80 year olds. She runs about 1/4 of the miles I do per week. Her average pace is my walking pace, on forest terrain, with a 40lb load. She claims to run, but her pace says she walks.

Yes, by definition, they are unhealthy. Hence why we have an "obesity epidemic". You don't have epidemics of healthy statuses.
-
If someone is obese, they are obviously unhealthy. It's very easy to see.
-
It's exactly about normalizing a disease. Change the world, so fat people can be happy, and feel normal. Make seats in airplanes accommodate fat people. Make buses accommodate fat people. Rebuild hospitals and offices with wider doorways to accommodate fat people. All to make it seem normal. Ever see anyone cheer for an…

Fat acceptance == Normalization of a disease, to where it's considered normal. And, encourages people to try and change the world, rather than take ownership of their body, and correct their health issues. Note: You'll never see any FA person saying we should accept anorexics...

Fat fighter pills, or IT WORKS? Two separate products. Fat Fighter? I hope you enjoy oily, orange discharge, randomly from your *kitten*. That's a side effect.
-
Easy answer: You're not really eating only 1100 cals per day.
-
Did you take into account the full calorie count for the entire can of initial product? Can of beans has 100 cals per serving, and 6 serving in a can, so you add 600 to the total calorie count. Stewed toms, 30 cals per serving and 5 servings per can, so you add 600 + 150 = 750. Ground turkey, 100 cals per serving (1/10th…

For the first few leg days, I ended up walking like a cowboy still in the saddle for a couple of days afterwards. Good news? DOMS passes, eventually. Bad news? You'll miss DOMS eventually.
-
I'm assuming you do that in about 25-30 minutes? If so, true, it will make very little difference. If I tried that on a 10 mile run (About 1:30:00), I'd bonk around mile 8.
-
No, it's really not.
-
My legs are pretty swole from the running I do. They still wobble when at rest.
-
You don't need to weigh the end product. Divide end product up into X, and divide total cals from ingredients by X. X being whatever value to use to chop up end product.
-
This is one reason I enjoy being a man. In the men's locker room, if someone makes you awkward, the easy solution? Up the awkward level. Life Coach: Hey! I noticed you've been putting in hours here. Interest in Shakelology? Me: No. LC: Come on! They're great, and you'll get gainz! Me: No. Thank you. LC: Man, I've got a…
-
Custom recipe. Scan all ingredients total (Not just the serving size), then divide by X, where X is the serving. So, if all the ingredients make 18 cups of end product, divide the totals by 18 to get nutrition per 1 cup.
-
Ah, so you want an echo chamber that tells you what you want to hear, rather than people telling you what really works, and what doesn't. Got you.
-
Yes. In fact, light exercise the following day does relieve DOMS for most people. However, you shouldn't be working the same groups every day. Gains happen on rest days.
-
Q: You wanna know how to figure out if someone does Keto? A: Don't worry! They'll farking tell you! lol
-
Kinda the same idea: Easily digestible sugars (Plus some electrolytes), in a gel form so you can consume it easily during long events (hour+).
-
If low carb == low calories, then how do people put on gains from lifting while on keto?
-
Same here. I do some trail running from time to time, and I could take a nasty spill, and be unable to finish, and needing a ride. It happens. So, I just carry my phone. That, and I use life360, so the wife can see where I'm at, and start getting concerned if I've not moved in 30 minutes.

Do you sync to runkeeper from garmin connect, as well as from runkeeper to mfp? Or, any other service? I've found I have to really control how I set up syncs, ie, I can't sync from MFP to strava, as I already sync from gc to strava. If I double them, I get double activities. Same thing happened when I did that with RK.
