Hello my name is Gloria, to answer your sugar intake question; go to reports click on the nutrition box add sugar and from there it will calculate sugar input with carb, fat etc... Hope this helps:flowerforyou:

Hi Meglane, I'm having the same problem, I joined MFP in January and I lost 6lbs, I walk 1.5 miles 5 days a weeks resistance training 2 days and I always eat less calories than what is determined by MFP.:frown:
