I'd be inclined not to count them.

Yer mom!

A piece of fruit about 15 minutes before your run.

Explanation: your calculations are wrong. AND it's quite easy to lose lean body mass where that lbm is the result of intentionally putting it on.

Hahahahahaha. Low calorie, high fat does not exist. Fat is loaded with calories. If you want to up your fat, you're going to have to accept the calories. Don't worry though, it's really satiating. At first you might freak because it seems like you're giving up volume in your food, but you should feel full longer, have more…

That makes the target for a woman of 5'7" 135. That is not "potentially dangerous" no matter what your "frame," It's pretty spot on healthy.
-
Look at lots of photos of people your height with their weights and find a look that's what you're aiming for. I'm 5'7 and athletic. I think I look best between 125-130. You are a darling girl btw.

Future motivational speaker here. Well put.

Just do them daily in whatever form you can, you should build up the strength pretty quickly.

I had a roomie in college who sauted with coconut oil. I love the smell of coconut, but that stuff smells rancid at high temperatures. Absolutely disgusting.
-
I never worry about going over my macro for fat, but maybe that's because I have to encourage myself to eat it after decades spent avoiding it. I've recently done some baking with coconut oil. That's the only thing I've used it for. For baking, it works as well as anything other fat. I don't think I'll shell out the extra…

1) There are other things to entertain yourself with besides food. 2) Hot sauce.

At my gym, when we shadow box with weights, the pink ones are for women (1lb), the blue ones are for men (3lbs), and the purple ones are for lesbians (2 lbs). Kid you not.

I'm not sure what gluten detox is supposed to mean. You probably feel like crap because your carbs probably plummeted as a result of cutting gluten. Your body will adjust to a low carb diet if you keep at it for about a month. Or you can up your carbs to around 100 per day, 150 if you're already there and still feeling…

Disagree. Cardio is great for leaning out. Just look at marathon runners. You just have to do a **** ton of it and resist the strong increase in appetite it's going to give you. I used to run 7-10 miles every day for years and years, and I was skinny as hell (and not the least bit flabby), but I was SUPER hungry all the…

Just up your portions on the peanut butter, turkey, and cheese. Looks like you're doing a single slice of turkey, less than a tbsp. of peanut butter, etc. Just double or triple these portions.

If you just ended up back where you started, the reality is that you probably never lost any weight to begin with. You just depleted your glycogen and had less food and water in your system (for me this is 3-6 lbs). So as soon as you returned to your normal intake / activity levels your body replenished itself and you're…

Don't cut your fats. Aim for 30% and see if your skin and hair improve.

If it's in your butt, try hip openers. Just search "hip openers" on YouTube. I think I'll go do some. Eh... killed my legs this weekend too. I feel ya! As typical as it sounds, yoga is absolutely amazing for recovery and soreness. I could barely move the other day, and I did an hour of really nice easy yogic stretching in…

BF scales are not accurate at all. Try calipers (a little tricky, but at least you can track changes), or just gauge your results by your measuring tape measurements.

For 30 bucks, why not?

I always lose weight in the summer. More sunshine = more playing outside and less hungry.

Throw two frozen bananas in the food processor with cocoa. Yum! There's something called arctic zero, that's not really ice cream, but it's super low cal. Another fav: frozen pudding snacks.

We're about the same height weight, and I also am not comfortable under 1800. And by not comfortable, I mean, dizzy, disoriented, confused, nonfunctional etc... I do about 10 hours of intense training a week though. My body fat is in the teens. You sound like you're healthy. Your body fat is also healthy (I'm assuming your…

What extracurricular activities do your kids do? For example, can you run laps in the park while they are playing soccer? Can you help coach and run around with the kids a bit? I've heard of people keeping running shoes in the car so they could get in a mile if an extra 10 minutes pops up in their day. You can throw in a…

I think it's around a seven minute mile for me. Not so much a set speed as whatever speed your gait turns from jogging to running. There is a distinct difference. I call myself a runner even though I usually jog. My cruising pace is around a 10 minute mile. I jog to relax and get outside, not to get a workout, and although…

Sounds like you had a normal sized meal. Would not call that a binge. If you feel like you really do have a tendency to binge, then there are a lot of strategies to deal with that. Planning meals. Not snacking. Avoiding trigger foods. Having a plan for what you can do instead with the urge strikes. Etc.

No non-fortified food source contains adequate amounts of vitamin D.

I think you need to drink a lot of chlorophyll.
