I ran for 15 minutes/ 1.5 miles without stopping and without feeling like I wanted to die. I have never in my been able to run a mile without stopping. What I wouldn't give to tell high school me that this was possible.

For me, I had to remove all of the junk options from the house for a month or so until I got my stress eating under control. It rears it's ugly head once in a while but not nearly as badly.

I weigh and log every day and then just look at the graph to see the average. I also record my weight in an app called clue which I use to track my cycle. It's an awesome app I love it. As far as I know there isn't a way to add your cycle to the mfp tracker.

Actually now that you mention it, it could be PMS. I'll try to pay attention to the timing when this happens again. Usually as long as I don't have white bread I'm ok with sandwiches. My normal breakfast is a slice of avocado toast and that normally lasts me from 7am to 130 or so.

I'm the slowest eater in my family (which is admittedly not saying much). Most accurate would probably be to get a heart rate monitor and log that way. A lot of exercise videos are a pain to break down into individual components.

Daily. I like to see the effects of what I'm eating more clearly. For example, if I have a high sodium day, I like to get a feel for how much water weight I retain. Also I tend to forget if I don't do it everyday.

*shrugs* i run nearly exclusively on the treadmill. When I run I like to zone out completely and as I'm a woman who lives in the middle of Chicago and likes to run at night....yea, I'm fine with the treadmill.
