I love the HIIT workouts! But I feel like it isn't a long enough workout for me so on my HIIT days I also do the 30 Day Shred after my HIIT workout. I am on week 11 of TF and on my last 2 days of the 30 Day Shred and I have lost 15lbs!

I'm doing it. I'm in the middle of week two. I can't follow the schedule exactly but I try to do it at least 5 days a week. Love it so far!

I'm just starting Turbo Fire. I havn't recieved my set in the mail yet but I did the Fire Started progam today with the link you provided. Anyone know how plug that into mfp to calculate calories burned?

Two scrambled eggs with a small amount of ketchep and a toasted whole wheat sandwich thin with a tsp of butter on it. My new fav is Special K protein shakes. I love the milk chocolate one. It tastes so much better than slimfast!

Thank you for all your input. I forgot to mention that I'm also doing the 30 Day Shred and started using heavier weights and doing "real" push-up (rather than on the knees). I don't know if this could be straining my chest muscles or not. I usually do the Shred, wait 30 minutes then run. I will probably call my doctor but…

I just started today also. I have never liked running but I need more cardio in my routine. What is the podcasts? How do you log this as exersise? My treadmill says I burned 150 calories but I don't have a heartrate monitor so I don't know how accurate that is.

My pounds per week is set to lose 1lbs per week. What is TDEE???

My goal is to lose about 20lbs as well. My target weight is 120-125lbs and I'm currently 141 (was 144 when I started about a week ago).

I've missed some days too. With my work scheudle it is impossible for me to do it everyday. I try for 4-5 times a week. I just finished day 6 :) Jump back in Anytime!

I just finished L1, D5 (I'm behind because I can't work out on days that I work), but I've done Level 2 in the past and it is my least favorite. So much planking!!!!! Level 3 is my fav!

Just finished day one and I feel like jello. I will probably skip tomorrow because I know I'll be WAY to sore. I'll probably hit the treadmill for a few mins instead. Glad to have started though!

I just started today. I finished the 30DS about 6 months ago and loved the results and I havn't done much since then and guess what - all the weight came back AND a few pounds! SW - 143 CW - 143 GW - 120

I just finished day 6 of level 2. Day 1 was so hard! I had to take the next two days off just to recover! My legs ached so bad. But since Day 2 I've been able to do it daily and I wasn't sore anymore by day 3 or 4. I'm getting nervous for level 3!!!

Do it now! I only have 19lbs to lose (15lbs now!) and I'm using the 30DS to jumpstart my weight loss (along with dieting). I'm only on day 8 of level 1 but I've already lost 4 inches over my total body and can see results already in the weigh my jeans fit!

I just finished Day 8 of Level 1. I am already seeing results. I've lost 4lbs (with dieting) and lost 4 inches total off my body! I aim to do it at least 5 days a week. There are 2 days/week that are very difficult for me to work out so I skip those days.

Only about 10lbs. :( Then I gave up and gained it all back. I only needed to lose 18lbs to reach my goal weight so I was over 1/2 way there but I gave up. Blah. I'm back on track and really going to try to stick it out this time. I only have 15lbs to go.

I buy 100% whole wheat sandwich thins instead of sliced bread. One "bun" only has 100 calories in it vs. each slice of bread having about 100 calories.

This is hard for me since I live with my hubby and 2 small kids who are not dieting and snack every night. They eat popcorn (air popped w/butter) or ice cream almost every night.
