I put in my weight/goal weight, exercise 5 days a week (Doing the 30 Day Shred) and MFP is suggesting 1,230 calories a day. I am 5'2" and currently weigh 138lbs. My goal is 120lbs. What size weights are you using for 30DS?
I'm on day 4 of level 2 of the 30DS. I've been using 2lbs and 3lbs weights since the begining. Mostly the 3lbs weights but there are a few moves that I swithc to the 2lbs ones. I want to get some 4lbs weights soon though!

Importance of drinking water?
I am really new to working out and eating healthy. I have never been great about drinking water. I've always mostly drank Crystal Light or Diet Soda (Bad! I know). Can someone give me a quick run down and why it is so important to drink 8 glasses of water a day?
