Wow! That is an amazing difference! I'm doing the 30 DS now. I use 2lbs & 3lbs weights (depending on what the movement is). Hoping I can move up to 5lbs soon!

I'm having a hard time reaching my 1,200 calories and then I get 200 cal's added for exercise. Today I only ate 900 cal's and I'm full! I'm eating healthy, drinking lots of water. I don't want to stuff myself and I feel like if I add more food I'm over eating....to full.

Hi! Welcome! I'm a mom of two small boys. I can't saying I'm trying to lose the baby weight since I put most of it on after the birth of my second son. But I do want my pre baby body back! I have 15lbs to lose and this site is really helpful! GL with your journey!

I'm new here so forgive me but....... I don't understand. I thought you wanted to burn calories by exercising. Why would I want to eat more food to replace those calories?
