When dieting, don't drink too much soda... they are high in sugar. Diet soda's contains plenty of "hidden" calories that make you feel hungry. So moderation is the order of the day.

No such thing as "cheat days! Days turn into weeks...and before you know it, all your hardwork will be in vain. If you feel that a "reward meal" is deserving, BY ALL MEANS HAVE ONE IN MODERATION.
