NORMAL for a woman who has children is not what is normal for a twenty year old that has not. We need to accept that we are women not girls and our bodies do not and should not look like girls. P.S. I have six children and a flabby tummy.

I like MFP because I make all the decisions. I eat what I want ,when I want and learn to eat less my way. But the best part is that MFP is FREE and works for me.

Eat one of your comfort foods. I eat a bowl of cereal or crackers and peanutbutter. You need to eat a food that comforts you even if its only in a small amount.

I don't eat all 1200 calories most days and I have lost 36 pounds. I usually eat betwwn 750-900. I have not been exercising but I will start a water arobics class tomorrow.

Just post the calories and go from there. If I eat fast food I just add it into the days calories then cut calories somewhere else to make the calories as close to my daily goal as possible. Doing this also helps me make better choices at the fast food place. A chicken soft taco fresco style at Taco Bell is 150 calories…

I find that I am in an eating routine and i usally end up eating between 700 and 900 calories per day. Periodically I will eat more if I go out to dinner or a party. I have been doing this since January. It's not that I don't want to eat 1200 but I just don't with the way I eat.
