I didn't think I there was a big difference
I didn't think there was a big difference from me at 202 lbs in January and me at 159 lbs July 2nd. But after looking at the two pictures above I've changed my mine.

exercise stopped my weight loss
I was one pound from my 1st goal and started water aerobics. I went up about 3 lbs in the 1st week of exercise (5 mornings and 3 nights for 1 hour each session). I have gone down 2 lbs but am now 1 pound more then when I started exercising. I am eating the same as before I started exercising. This is discouraging exercise…

HURRAY, hURRAY DOWN 30 POUNDS TODAY
I have not reached my goal (seven more pounds) BUT I'm soooo excited today I am down 30 pounds from when I started in January. I'd yell it from the roof tops but I don't have a ladder.

I'm Back and Losing
January 2010 I found this sight. I used it for a while and lost some weight and stopped. I started using this sight again in January 2011 and I have lost 11 lbs so far. If I can just stick to the program I'll be happy.

I found and started using this site 1 week ago. I weighed this morning and I have lost 6 pounds! This site really works for me. I'm sure I won't lose that much every week but I'm off to a good start.

New to this
I need to lose wait, again! I found this web-site and it's what I need and it's free. I'm the mother of 6 grown chidlren and the grandmother of 14 (+ one on the way) wonderful grandchildren. I am an educator currently teaching kindergarten(my favorite grade to teach).
