I didn't think there was a big difference from me at 202 lbs in January and me at 159 lbs July 2nd. But after looking at the two pictures above I've changed my mine.

    And when you think of it, that's a bigger loss than a 40# box of Tidy Cat kitty litter! Grab one of those boxes off the shelf and carry it around a bit. You'll be amazed that you used to carry that around all the time. :smile:
