I do not like almind milk in my smoothies.

I use canned pineapple in juice, 2bananas, 2handfuls organic spinach, kale, chard, (they are already mixed together), 1 or 2 cups frozen strawberries, chia seeds, sometimes PB2 or honey. Sweet

I am also 42 and love my green smoothie recipe. I use a can of pineapples in juice, a couple of handfuls of power greens- spinach, kale, chard, etc,2 bananas, 1 or 2 cups and of strawberries, 1tbl chia seeds, 1 or 2 tbl of PB2. I dont always use the PB2 and sometimes I add a bit of honey.

Back on track, day one. Rejoining the join where i last lost. It was easy then, i was on summer break. I tried to go to a lesser expensive, closer gym, but it had no childcare, so i couldnt go and eventually, i wouldnt go.

I am also at a Snap Fitness and had the exact same question. Too bad we aren't at the same location, we could work together. I am only on day 2 though of stronglifts. I just used the dumbbells last time, but would also love to answer to the question.

chipotle! get brown rice instead of cilantro rice. no sour cream or guacamole. i'm low carb so I also try to stay away from the tortillas and the corn.

yesterday was my first day. I tried just the olympic bar, way heavy. I only did squats, too self conscious to do any presses. I will need to start with a lighter bar next time.
