Hey there. On my second go at atkins. Did it a few years ago and lost 2 stone in just over 2 months. Just finished first week this time round. Last 4lbs and 2 inches so far. Just struggling with sweet cravings at night

Thing is I lost 5 lbs in the first week which I think is down to the fact my initial weight in to put on this site was in the afternoon, and its been morning weekly since. Since then have lost half a pound per week, thats why its confusing. At least I am still losing which is good. Just frustrating am not losing more.…

Thank you all for the help so far, have got some really nice ideas there. Think Flatbread, hummus and veggies to dip sounds like a good idea to go for. Time to shop :-¬)
