Wow. You have done so well :-) I wasn't hungry, now I am, and I eat for the sake of it again, I know I'm doing it, but just cannot seem to stop, that leads to more food, unnecessary food, I know what it is I need to do, but I need to change my mindset, this in turn will get me to do, what it is I know I need to do! Lol..…

I was waiting because I'm full of excuses and lazy, lol. Also because I found a gym I really liked, took a trial week, but wanted to join after my holiday in September, as I feel like I would be wasting money. You are right though, I could walk for free :-)

Thank you :-) so far I have not exercised, I was hoping to start in October when the new term starts, but might have to just go for it... NOW!

I get shakey if I don't eat for a considerable time, even if I don't feel hungry it's weird. Then. I eat sugary food to try and stop it. I don't think…

The best piece Of advise I had was this "time is going to pass anyway" short, sweet and to the point! The time can pass while you stay the same or get bigger, or you can choose to get smaller as time passes! You will be surprised at how quickly the weeks come and go, before you know it, you will be well on your way! Good…

I swear wearing leggings is what contributed to my weight gain, you just can't feel them getting tight like jeans do, I am on a legging ban until I'm at goal!

Slim in 6 is ok... It has its good points and bad! The main idea is that you work through 3 DVDs. The first is the shortest and easiest, gradually becoming more difficult (if that's the right word?) I have found that it is a confidence builder, and goes back to basics, building up, but can be very repetitive (boring). The…
