I started the 31-day push-ups, squats, lunges challenge. So far pretty good. I also have stuck with 2 reasonable healthy meals and 1 green smoothie in the AM; increased my h2o intake; and started walking again! Down a pound, slightly sore, but getting back in the saddle feels good! :0)

Green smoothies. Spinach, green grapes, strawberries, green apple, pear, flax seeds, liquid of choice (water or Iberia aloe drink). These items use small portion of each.
