I have lost 170 pounds over the last 5 years...I have been working out religiously for the last year. My skin isn't going away. I am having it done in January!

You did say that the last 2 weeks you had gained 3 pounds. I have a couple weeks of the month (TTOTM) that happens also...could that be it? Also are you doing more exercise than you had in the past? You could be gaining muscle.

Aqua Fitness is fantastic! I am recovering from a really hard work out even as we speak! You can add resistance bands and "dumb bells" to help with your work out! Combining those with treading water or suspension moves and it will kick your butt!!
