I use the calories from the machines. I find MFP values for exercise to be high and food calories to be too low

I've tried to become a 'stress walker' instead of a 'stress eater'. Easy to do when the weather's nice. I also find that swearing helps :)

I've known since Tuesday that I'm going out tonight, have a few beers and the biggest fattest onion rings and fried pickles I can get. 5 ft 9, 50 years old Highest-192 Current-171 I'd love to be 145-148, but realistically 158 would be great.

I started three weeks ago-wanted to lose 20 or so lbs before my Divorce court date of July 1. I have lost 7 so I'm sure I can. Losing teeny bits does get discouraging, but slow and steady wins the race. I'm 5 ft 9, and started at 178.8. I was 190 at one point last year.
