hmmm.. my f7 is a strap w/rubber, bought it several months ago... instructions say to wet it down, which I do, and it works for me. [I think the rubber needs to be wet to stick to your skin, no?]

I keep an apple and a couple of rice cakes in my car, and munch while i'm driving home... that way, when I walk into the house, I am not in the raging hunger mode..

Good for you, DD -- I joined the gym on May 15, and on June 15 had my last cigarette -- I'm down 28 pounds since then. Cravings are almost non-existent, if I start to get bothered, I get up and move. OP - you can do this!

I don't like running on the curb cuts/curb ramps. It changes my rhythm and pace. Of course, I'm not an early bird so the sun is shining when I lace up.

the assisted chin up/pull up machine... I'm in love with it. I could chin up the entire time I'm at the gym.

Bad day here too, busy at the gym, shopping,didn't eat properly and during the dinner preparations, I started to feel extremely nauseous and had to run to the porcelain god -- I've called it a day -- I'm in bed at 7pm, can't eat. Maybe your daughter passed the illness on to me? ;)

I carry the face wipes/makeup removers in my gym bag, the first thing i do when I get back to the locker room is wipe the sweat off my face and neck.. I think that help's control my acne breakouts

an all-day wedding on Saturday, moved the only child to university/residence on Sunday, ya... this entire weekend is a write off. Back to working out and counting calories tomorrow!

This ONLY happens to me during my TOM.. for about 2 days, I just simply can't get enough, and I can go far beyond my MFP profile count. So I try to choose wisely, and move towards popcorn/ rice chips, cold veggies, etc. just to fill myself. I will never go to bed hungry -- If I do, I'm doing this wrong.

ooo -- just did this tonight... Cut my yellow squash into 2.5 inch slices, marinated in balsamic vinagar glaze/olive oil/garlic for 4 hours -- grilled beside my salmon for 10 mins. It was delish. I served it with corn on the cob, and some beets.
