I've opened my diary - carb macro help?
I'm 46, started MFP at 208 3 weeks ago, weighed in today at 201. Gluten free. I'm ignoring the sodium/sugar macros, but I never really seem to hit my carb requirements. 1 hour, trainer at gym - calorie count?
How do you come up with an accurate calorie count for an hour with your trainer? We are all over the map, doing leg curls, crunches, weights, etc. It's a solid hour, I'm only given a minute or two between moving on to the next. Most of it is core strength work.
