Someone needs to invent a sports bra that does NOT create uniboob. I have a VS and 2 lulu's, and depending on what action I'm taking, can still come out of downward dog with a uniboob! So aggravating.

breakfast: 1 cup spinach, 1.25 cup power frozen fruit, 2 tbsp chia, 3/4 cup greek yoghurt, 1 cup almond milk. 400 cal roughly, and holds me for at least 4 hours!

My go-to is an omelette [I use 1 egg/2 eggwhites], with salad on the side. I can jazz up an omelette10 different ways easily by changing the onion/peppers/swiss cheese to broccoli florets/diced tomato/parmesan, etc. etc.

I work out/ run in the NB Minimus and absolutely love them. Not sure if you were thinking of going more minimal for your runs - these aren't for long distances, but for 4-5 miles, they are perfect. And I love lifting in them.

Add me as well if you like, 47 yrs, 168 1bs, 5'8" currently lifting 150 lb squats and 165 lb deads. I use a pt 2xweek just for lifting. The other 4 days a week I’m running, yoga, rowing. I love the feeling of sweat tricking down my back when lifting, I'm having a lot of fun with this.

I've had to widen my grip and lower the barbell on my shoulders/back, to feel comfortable lifting just now at 110. I haven't cut cardio completely, because I still need to lose another 10 lbs.. but I have definitely slowed down on the cardio -taken out a day-, I am also completely exhausted after a weight lifting session. I've got nothing left, and sleep like a dog at night!
