I always hit up KFC and get a grilled chicken breast and pair it with a salad from home or grilled veggies I have in the fridge. If you see my food diary, I probably get KFC grilled chicken breast at least 3x a week for a fast on the go meal lol

I went camping for four days after starting 30ds. I started 30 day shred yesterday. I completed my second day this morning. Ill be doing the stairs or treadmill on an incline 4 times a week in combination with 30ds. I cant wait to start seeing results!
