  • I was thinking the same thing today! Mine wasn't breakfast but i ate 2 oreos, 2 scoops of ice cream, and chips! those are things I do not eat regularly! I am a bad bad girl
  • I have had 2 babies as well and both were via c section. I am Down 100 pounds form my top pregnancy weight with my 1st baby. I have talked to EVERYONE including a plastic surgeon and he told me to come to terms with the fact surgery is the only way to get rid of the excess skin and fat. We can always pray though right?
  • Started it tonight and am going to do it in the Am with my 2 friends. I am also going to add the 20 minute Turbo Jam in the evening. I think I may do Turbo Sculpt 2 days a week too. I am only 23 pounds away from my healthy weight and want to hit it BEFORE christmas. Lets get it going people!

  • I can really see the difference its hard to see in yourself one thing I always say is when I started my stomach was bigger than my boobs, now its small than them ( the way its supposed to be. Can you see that? Keep up the AWESOME WORK
  • I don't really have a favorite I like them all. Turbo Jam has been a life saver. Go JAMMERS!
  • There are ALOT of good alternatives! On Football Sundays we do turkey hot Dogs, pretzels, veggies, salsa and make tortilla chips by baking them in the oven. I have found we save alot of fat and calories by substituting meats, like turkey or extra lean ground beef. Also using Fat Free substitutes. Eat FRESH!
  • Ok It has now been 6 months of working my butt off but I have finally hit the 50lb mark. Yeah!!!!! I still want to lose 19 more pounds and have hit a plateau but I will conquer this one too. Everyone stick with it it DOES WORK! THe smaller clothes are soooooooo with it
  • I have been doing Tae bo now for about 4 months, it really does work! I decided to start something else to alternate with and I got the Turbo jam tapes they are alot of fun and boy do you hurt when your done! Anyone had any success with either workout?   • You got this girl! It takes a little bit of time and hard work but i am right there with you. I had trouble shedding the post preg pounds but now I have lost 43 lbs, and I only gained 22 with my little man! YEAH! Now I just want to lose 25 more. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!
  • Make sure you are taking in enough calories. Sometimes if you cut them too much your body goes into starvation mode and you no longer lose weight! That happened to me and the dietician suggested i up my calorie intake I have now lost 43 lbs!

  • AWESOME!!!! Way to go! I have lost 38 pounds now! I am shooting for little goals at a time then when I hit those I make a new one. Latest goal is to lose 5 lbs by September 15........
  • Its not healthy to eat less than 1200 calories a day. My dietician said that is the reason most people fail at weight loss. Your body goes into starvation mode and you no longer lose weight. Add a few halthy snacks that have good fats in them to up your calorie intake. Like Almonds or cashews or yogurt. GOOD LUCK!
  • I have been without ANY caffeine for 3 years now. Just reduce the amount you drink until you no longer need it anymore. Then If you do have caff. watch out cause it makes you feel all funny.
