My diary is open! I'm usually under my goal but I have a feeling MFP is underestimating calories, and overestimating calories burned.

Coconut Water. I don't even understand the point of it, it's really high in sugar. Plus, everyone's saying now that most juices even with no sugar water are no better than soda, so I'd say that's definitley one of them! It just tastes like sugar water. But I like coconut milk.

Where did you shop? If it was a fancy workout store, but it could just run small, or only cater to very athletic people. Maybe just keep shopping around. I've also heard that some places make shapewear workout clothes, that have pants and tops with tummy control panels (like Spanx) but I've never tried them so I don't know…

I am also on 1200 a day, but I tend to eat around 1,000. The Food tracker says I need to eat more because of my exercise level, but that seems like way too much. I feel like if I ate all the calories I burned working out, I'd just stay the same and lose any weight. Plus I'm skeptical at how accurate all this tracking is…
