I'm up 3 pounds from last week, I don't know what I'm doing wrong? I'm consistently under my BMR of 1200, I don't eat back any of my calories from working out, and I workout every day. How much Fruit is too much?
It seems like I'm always over on the sugar part of my food diary, but the majority of it comes from fruit & vegetables. I'm on 1200 calories, and typically eat 1-2 fruits a day, and 2-3 servings of vegetables, and that alone is putting me over on sugar. Is this going to make me gain more weight?

Exercising When Sick
Is it bad to do? I have a fever today, and feel really tired, but I feel guilty about not burning enough calories, and feel like getting sick is going to de-rail be from my goals.
