I’m in, I’ve 10-14 to loose. I’m eating pretty well, but obviously too much to be on deficit. All my clothes are too tight!

I’ve been like this for ages. I put 14 pounds on in summer and is taken me til now to loose 3! I go to the gym 6 days. I guess the deficit is not big and it’s slow process. Important to keep at it though as my body is less strong than it was. Good luck!

I’ve got several size 6 jeans, from various shops, and my hips are a few inches more than yours! I’m the same height as you and 112 currently. I’ve also got jeans up to about a size 10. I would love to be 110-106! What is your diet/ eating /calories like? I was working on 1200 plus another 300 from working out, but I'm finding that a little too restrictive, so I've just upped to 1400 plus exercise, so we'll see if that's easier. I was wondering if that's a good maintenance plan. How about you?

so you had one of those weekends, try not to see it as a terrible thing, weekends are when things go sideways, I put an amazing 10lbs on but its mainly salt and water, be really good to yourself and just start eating healthily again, its ok, honest x
