I use to weigh myself everyday when I woke up, but now I'm doing it once a week. its hard once you're so use it but try staying busy when you would usually weigh yourself and don't weigh yourself after a workout

I rarely ever drink soda myself, if I do it will be sprite or sprite zero. I suggest trying the zero sodas because you don't want to waste your calories on beverages but just make sure youre drinking enough water everyday
