Pedal exerciser: good workout?
I've been using it for about two months every day, two or three times (30 minutes each) and my legs have so much muscle now but is it a good workout? It's rare that I'll get out of breath or sweat and what strength training exercises do you recommend I should do?

Is the the daily calorie goal myfitnesspal gives suppose to be your net or food in total? I'm very confused sorry if this doesn't make a lot of sense but on the mobile app it says goal > food > exercise >net > remaining ?

exercising everyday and eating healthy
I exercise every day usually 90 minutes in total sometimes a little less, and I eat healthy there might be some days where I go out to dinner or am at someone's house (usually eat pizza when I am) but its only about three times a month.
