Is the the daily calorie goal myfitnesspal gives suppose to be your net or food in total? I'm very confused
sorry if this doesn't make a lot of sense but on the mobile app it says goal > food > exercise >net > remaining ?

It will be your net, if you are going by goals set by mfp. MFP gives you extra calories to eat when you log your exercises. Hope that helps;)0
