I stay away from bananas and Brazil nuts because of the radiation in them. True story.

I have cigars, cell phones, and converse shoes.

Oh man! Another one of these posts? I'm in.

Carbs don't slow down weight loss (at least, not to a significant enough degree that you need to worry about them). You are older now, your metabolism is slower now than it was when you were 14. Plus, time distorts memories. I would venture to guess your weight loss isn't slowing down as much as you think it is compared to…

Post workout (lifting) snack for me is usually a half a cup of rice, an ounce of cheese, and 30 grams of turkey pepperoni. Got me carbs, fats, and protein all in good proportion. And it tastes great mixed up and microwaved so the cheese is nice and melty...

Actually this isn't true. If you consume your own breast milk, it will eventually become higher and higher fat percentages. So you will be drinking milk that is very high in fat. So, by drinking milk high in fat, you will become fat. Obviously. Fat makes you fat. everyone knows this.
-
This is foolish. Everyone knows that the salt water cleanse is strictly superior to the breast milk cleanse! Just look at how great Tom Hanks was during the movie Cast Away. Logic'd.
-
How to get rid of it: Eat less of whatever you are eating. Exercise more than you currently are. Abs magically appear after hitting correct body fat %.
-
But what about the magic powder I use that causes the four humours in my body to stay in balance!?

I'm in.
-
Me too!
-
OH YEAH!? Well I get bulky from thinking about people who think about men who put on fat quickly.
-
The Pacific Rim soundtrack, or anything by Daft Punk.
-
Because whoever entered the shake into the database didn't enter in the protein amount.

Ah yes, the esteemed scientific minds at glamour magazine and the daily mail. How could I possibly forget about them? You seriously don't know what you are talking about, do you?
-
No they weren't. Carbs didn't make you fat. Eating too many calories made you fat.

I do! 5:15 I wake up, hit the gym by 5:30. As a wise man once said: "Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man's muscles gain massive size" - Benjamin Franklift.
-
Why are you cutting out all carbs? Is there a medical reason? If there isn't, there is no reason to cut out carbs. They are good and healthy, and necessary for you.
-
Instead of waking up early, as Linli suggested, you could just work out during that 12:20-2PM break you have. Get in a solid 1 hour workout, and still have 40 minutes to shower, etc.
-
Anything from Epic Meal Time. YOLO. Wash it down with a 30 rack of Four Loko, YOLO.
-
I lost 999 pounds by doing this one crazy trick! Gyms hate me! Click here to find out how...

Works great! I usually use it right after I chug my snake oil shake. In all seriousness, you can't "target fat loss" to your abs if you wanted to do that, these products do very little for you. Spend the $60 you would spend on this for a half a year at the gym and get an ACTUAL ab workout instead.
-
Literally a trillion. It's Arnold Schwarzenegger's super secret tech to burn fat. Don't do it too often, or you will get bulky! /s

I used to do DVDs, then started going to the gym. I liked doing stuff at home, however, once I got comfortable with my body and what I could do in my apartment, I joined a gym. I know what I am doing in there (from working out at home), and so I am not "paralyzed."

On cardio and strength. These things are still have so many variables in them. If I can squat more than someone, but they can run farther than I can, who is more fit? Or if I can deadlift more than they can, but they can bench more than I can, how does that change anything? Fitness isn't so easy to define.

Depends on the type of fish. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercury_in_fish TL;DR The longer a fish lives, and the higher it is on the food chain, the more mercury it has. You can eat salmon pretty much all day every day and be fine, however.

Damn, better stop eating my tuna fish and banana sandwiches. I might grow an extra limb! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banana_equivalent_dose

My activity is sedentary, and I eat back my exercise calories. If I walk around for a bit, (like going to the museum or going downtown) that doesn't get logged. The only thing I log is my morning weight lifting, and my afternoon run (if I happen to run in the afternoon). I've seen people who log 4 minutes of walking a dog.…

You CAN. I might log it as housework. Is it exercise? No. No it is not, at least in my opinion. It's not cardio. It's not weight lifting. Those are exercises. Sure you burn calories, but let's be honest here. You aren't really exercising.
