1 cup of uncooked quinoa equals 2 cups of cooked. Yes it doubles in size. Most likely cook it first, then measure it out. Good Luck

As a vegetarian, I wish I liked salad. I just can't stand any raw vegetable. Makes it difficult to eat out sometimes.

GNC usually has them on sale in their store buy 3 get 1 free, so I always buy them there. I had to cut back too b/c they got expensive. I was eating 2 a day now I try to only eat 1 a day.
