I'm excited about getting to my goal eventhough I have quite a ways to go. I have 19.8 pounds to go to get to 180. The closer I get the more excited. :)

I am 6 feet tall. 184 to 136 is healthy weight for me.

Thanks for that. You are correct 180-185 may be a better fit. I will wait to see when i get to 180.

I was shopping and tried on a large dress. The large was too big. I had to buy a medium. I am so happy my hard work is showing :)

Someone at work ask me are you getting skinny? I answered yes!

Fitbit Charge HR. I love it. I love that it count my steps and activity during day. I can even track a workout to get stats from that individual exercise. It has all the features i need.

Thanks! I will check the dvds out

I strongly disagree. I got my fitbit last month and I get up often at work to get my 10,000 steps. I have also jumped on the treadmill at home to get my 10,000 steps. The fitbit is a motivating device. Plus it is not easy to get 10,000 steps in.

Thanks a bunch! This helps. I will probably do a mix of workouts also. Level 2 is my favorite. Not liking level 3 too much.

I plan to watch this. Seems interesting

I use to have a "free day" but i stopped and now log everyday. I work too hard during the week to blow it in 1 day.
