I noticed within the first week my face was slimming. Probably lots of fluid loss, but I still loved it.

Use a fitbit while doing this and see how much it says you burned.

Buy a weighted hula hoop and use it while watching tv. Also if you like music turn it on and dance while doing chores. I burn alot by dancing around the house.

I use a fitbit to track my burn, but yes they can burn 1,000 cals at the gym. I actually walked fast pace outside and only jogged a short distance and burned 766

Maybe change your workout routine. If that does not work go to the doctor and get your thyroid checked. Good luck

@c50blvdbabe i just count my calories and exercise at least 3 times a week. I also try to get my 10,000 steps a day.

I counted my calories and worked out, but I must admit i had a "free day" on Saturdays. I also bought a fitbit in January. It has motivated me more than I could ever imagine.
