I have started the 30 day shred again. I have completed 2 days. Not much, but in the past I would quit after day 1. I will post again about shred after I complete day 30:)

Well i have an update. I have now increased my time to 45 mins on arc trainer. Hope to get up to an hour in a few weeks!

I tried on a pair of pants that were too small. Tried them on today and they fit! I will be wearing them to work on tomorrow

I like small breakfast. I eat most of my calories during dinner. I actually save the calories for later.
