Completed Level 2 Day 3. Had to modify some exercises, but still had great workout

Didnt shred today. My whole body was sore. Back at it tomorrow

Whew!!! Just completed Day 2 Level 2. Again i got my butt kicked, but im sure it will get better

I just finished Day 1 Level 2. I only did 8 days of level 1. I was tired of level 1 and needed more of a challenge. Wow i got that challenge. Level 2 kicked my butt!!!!

I will be staying on track the entire holiday season, except for the actually holiday, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I definitely save most my calories for evening and dinner. I am ok during the day with eating less calories, but when im home at night I am ready to feel satisfied

I am on day 6 level 1. I do take rest days in between. I would say i rest every 4 days or so. I use 5 and 3 pound weights. It depends on the exercise

I have also been trying to not eat as much on my saturday "cheat day". I have decided to just have a cheat meal, but still count everything.

After putting more thought into this I have also decided to give myself one day, which is my weight in day (Sat) where I go over my calories, but log everything so that I don't go too far over. I think the logging on this day will keep me accountable.

Thanks for all your comments. I think i won't have a whole cheat day. Only maybe a cheat meal or snack once a week
