I changed my pre-logged foods for tonight, so I should end up with 63% fat/27% protein/9% carbs. No exercise tonight, either, and I'll see how I feel.

I think I'm at too high of protein as well. Everything that sits ok in my stomach is a protein shake, cheese, fat bomb. If I were to eat steak, broccoli, and cheese, I'd be in the bathroom sick right after. Unless I do the shakes and fat bombs, I have a hard time getting enough protein in. 5'4.5, about 156-157. It fluctuates. I'm thinking of slowing down on the exercise for a bit. My deficit may be too aggressive right now.

I dropped that today, hoping to see what it will do. Vegs I have a hard time with, but I can do cooked spinach, avocado, or kale. I have stomach issues so broccoli, mushrooms, onions, all sit rough in my stomach.

Insulin Resistant/Pre-diabetic, I also had RNY surgery in 2009 so I still have a hard time digesting more than a couple ozs of meat at a sitting. Think ours was a Thursday? At the courthouse in august, then we had the wedding ceremony/reception (his parents paid for it) in January. I consider January our anniversary but I never wanted a wedding. I did it to make them happy.

Yes, I am, because I've lost 160 lbs and maintained that loss for 7 years. I gained 40 of it back from pregnancy and I'm on my way to losing that now, where I'll keep it off again. 16 of that gone, 24 to go. It stinks, and it's taking me longer this time, but I'll eventually get there.

I have 11 tats and they're all covered by work clothes (although my ankle ones are stretching it, it only covers if I wear pants, which I do). I'm very careful to always be professional looking at work.

My confession today is that I spent all weekend kind of in a funk because the scale went up 2 lbs. Yep, I didn't get the "carb flu" (which to me, is what that describes) until week 4. Now I'm in it. I was crabby/angry, hangry, now I'm exhausted and want to nap. I had 3 weeks of "Oh this is NBD; I feel great" and this week I want to combo "kill all the things/nap all day".

Oh I totally do this too! And then when I recreate them, I try to fit them more into my diet plan. or if I can't, then I change the rest of the food for my day. I love pretty food. I'm totally a visual person/eater.
