I don't have monthly goals.

With MFP you can see your calories and salt (and other nutrients) that WW doesn't count.

The stretching portion (Neural Reboot) is more like yoga. MFP has Tai Chi under cardio so that's how I log it.

Last of the Tai Cheng combos this week. Have lost 10%/25 lbs since starting my weight loss journey.

Tai Cheng in my house.
-
Down 1.8 lbs this week.
-
Tai Cheng week 7 is easier than the previous 6 weeks. I've lost inches everywhere but my waist.

I don't weigh myself since my scale is so off. I just rely on my weekly weigh in at at Weight Watchers on Tuesday nights.
-
Tai Cheng is my first workout. I just wrapped up week 6 today.

Week 4 was challenging starting Neural Reboot 2 with foam rolling the quads. That's been my trouble spot for years. My husband says I'm moving faster since doing Tai Cheng. I've noticed more flexibility in some areas.

I'm a mom if 1. Will be 34 in September.

I'm wrapping up week 6 of Tai Cheng. Some days are easier than others but I'm still enjoying it!
