Final week of Slim in 6 and no clue which workout I'm doing next. I need to move into a larger room for the others but we have no curtains. Front room lights on and getting darker outside they'd see everything I'm doing. I don't want to distract drivers with all my bouncing. Not a good way to start the day causing wrecks…

I never do the music on workout videos; I just can't stand them! I'm in my last 2 weeks of Slim in 6. Burn It Up! has me scratching my head trying to figure out how to do the moves.

2 more weeks left of Slim in 6. No clue what program I'm doing next. I'd thought about Rockin' Body but I don't have enough space in the room I'm using. The room that does have enough space has no curtains (faces the street). Lights on at 6 am I don't want me bouncing around to cause accidents when they stare in my window.…

Use what you want now. Slice/shred the rest and freeze it for later. Store it in quantities you'd use for the recipes you like.

I started Weight Watchers in March and have had much success. I've lost a total of 37.2 lbs so far. And I'm one that doesn't like many fruits or veggies!

Slim in 6 week 3 - Ramp It Up! I just tried to show a coworker one of the moves and had a shot of pain along with a hip pop! Almost fell over. It wasn't doing that at home LOL.

Wasn't really lightheaded today. I ignored Debbie's breathing technique for the most part so I think that's all it was.

I didn't feel the Slim in 6 until bed time last night. I woke up with the same aches but still did it today. Not sure if it's the way Debbie's always telling you to breathe or something else but I keep getting lightheaded.

Did you try foam rolling as part of your PT? The Tai Cheng sequences have been disappointing so far in week 10. I thought they were going to be combined not separate like weeks 3, 6, & 9.
